At times, you might require to extend your image, especially the background. Maybe you want to widen your image for a Facebook Cover, a Youtube Channel Art or a Twitter header. Extending can be requires when you need to fit an image to a different aspect ratio than the image or if you want some background space for some text or graphics. In this video, you'll learn a short but very effective and foolproof hack to extend image by cloning background. Of course you can stretch Images using Content Aware Scale but at times it looks stretched and artificial. Also, Content Aware Scale won't work when you have a lot of places to fill. You don't have to use the clone stamp tool either. This method is uses a very simple logic that most people would fall for.
