Sage, Judging from your latest below average voting and rating efforts it's quite obvious you are purposely antagonizing the other members. No wonder you feel everyone is out to get you. They Are! But it's not a collusive rallying. You have managed to individually piss-off each and every one of us. Up until just recently and considering your Photoshop skills, I feel all the voters have been pretty gracious toward your work. I don't mind a knowledgeable critique once in a while, they can be very helpful. But do you EVER find ANYTHING about other peoples work that you like? If so... why not occasionally mentioning that? And why this constant berating of others over their image size and lack of sources? Shoot... you run around bald-faced without an Avatar all the dang time. Now that has to be against the rules. Get yourself a frick'n Avatar or shut up. I know your Photoshop skills are quite limited and you likely will find it too difficult to make an Avatar for yourself. But I saw a couple of good ones in the latest Clownification Contest. Just ask in there, I'm sure any one of them will be eager to let you have it!

Exactly, Tilak! The low scoring was bad enough but when Sage started screwing around with the image ratings it was like an "in your face insult".
And you are right, a lot of good choppers are going to leave because of it. They are looking for good contest competition that gives them a feeling of accomplishment when they win or come close. Not a feud between the Hatfield's and McCoy's.

Splat, I vote using the scale to the right. A lot of the work going into each chop has been very sloppy lately. Some good ones, but sometimes even they have an overlooked mistake. I do that sometimes too. I have been putting out some great ideas, and good work, yet you and the minions still vote low on all of mine. It's quite obvious who you are. I suggest you start voting on the chop, the lighting, the blending, composition, idea, and the rest of the scale, and not vote because you simply like what is in front of you. And stop concentrating on mine as a predetermined low vote. Get some backbone and stop following the bad leader.

I do not believe you are qualified to say anything about me. You are the one fixated on me, ever since I started getting closer, and surpassing your points. You were an insufferable douche gargle before PhotoShopContest.com banned you years ago. You haven't changed since then. Always officiously critical of others' work. Never encouraging or helpful. Always accusatory. Always threatening. Almost always handing out low scores. Perhaps most annoying of all is your tendency to be a cross between a prostitute and a computer: a f**king know-it-all. Did I mention you have no sense of humor? Self-deprecating humor, especially, is something completely alien to your character. Forget humility. That word is not in your lexicon.

The odd thing is that you seem to actually have some photo manipulation skills. I have seen a few of your chops that were actually pretty good. Most, however, have been inferior--not necessarily due to a lack of skill, but due to a lack of effort. For example, your repeated use of the Paint Shop Pro kaleidoscope filter demonstrates a dedication to laziness that would be difficult to match. I can very often identify your chops at a galance. Your "work" is characterized by slapdash, haphazard implementation. When criticized, however gently, your response is to lash out. Not once have I seen you respond with something akin to, "Oh, I see. Thank you. How do I fix that?"

As for vicspa being concerned about you surpassing his points, well, perhaps he is, but I doubt it. He strikes me as a sharp guy. Certainly sharp enough to recognize there is a fatal error in the algorithm that ranks participants here at PSN. He is at #1 by virtue of performance. You are at #2 by virtue of your disciplined commenting and voting habits, as far as I can tell. You have a 4.298% win percentage; vicspa has a 48.46% win percentage. Whatever pride or conceit you claim with regard to your ranking suggests that you are feeble-minded or simply narcissistic. If you seriously believe you should be #1, then go head-to-head with vicspa if he is willing. Ten images. Ten contests. If vicspa wins all ten, you will disappear from the site. If you win even one ... well, you won't.

You have dramatically accused vicspa of cheating. Perhaps he did, but, again, I doubt it. At least by any rational definition of photo manipulation "cheating". Vicspa, I believe, is a retired graphics artist. I have seen much of his work in two incarnations on two competition websites. It is amazing stuff. He has cranked out some duds (imho), to be sure, but most of his stuff is better than I could hope to achieve. In short, vicspa doesn't have to cheat. I believe your accusation is probably a misinterpretation of a "fair use" issue. If you disagree, share your "evidence" in a new thread. We are quite capable of converting text to an active URL.

It is not too late for redemption, Julie. All you have to do is stop being a sphincter.

Tawiskaro, I believe your name is Ted, correct me if I'm wrong. I'll just address the "cheating" issue, I believe it is against rules on this site that you are not allowed to post an entry that was previously entered on another site at some point in time. I think I made that mistake, and therefore guilty. Shoot me. ( I'm 72 and tend to forget things). The owners of this site made no issue out of it and it's really old history, but not to someone who's obsessed, ...or is it possessed?. I've had my run-ins with Sage, and the aggravation and frustration is just not worth the trouble, the woman has issues, (Duh!) we can all agree on that.
I have stated before I could not care less for statistics, and I pay no attention to them, I just wanna see good photoshopping which most times is sadly lacking around here. So at this time I've chosen to lay back and just vote. Till things get better. As far as a head to head, sure, but that's never going to happen, I'd rather have pistols at twenty paces.
Glock 19's sounds fine, or Rugers, or Sigs, you get my drift.

To: T: You have no idea who I am. I am appalled at your choice of words. You forget that I am here simply for my enjoyment. I do not care about statistics. I have been disabled for years, I am slowly going blind, I have many ailments, some quite serious. So I just have fun here. I also do have a very good sense of humor, some seen in my entries but most of you don't see it because you're already set to vote low. Most winners didn't win because of the great work they did, they won because the majority of the voters, people like you, simply like the idea, and miss all the flaws.

good lord,I see Sage is still at it.I've been hoping she would finally get bored of doing such shitty work and leave the site for a while ,then maybe I could come back and join in a few comps again but alas it does not seem to be the case so although I kinda do miss choppin here I must admit I have had much peace of mind not having to put up with her crap on a daily basis since due to her I stopped choppin here a while back

Right now I'm in a minor battle with this do nothing administration, trying to get them to realize exactly the point you've just made so well!
It wouldn't take much to straiten Julie out. But for some reason Untexp seems to have a moral obligation to protect Sage's right to be an Asshole and says being an asshole is not against the rules here at PSN. Should be, I thought this was a Photoshop site? And Supak0ma (Nick) can't get him to reply to anything. IMO... The Administration here at PSN is to blame for letting Sage carry on the way she does. Hope they wake up soon.
