Here's an idea. If you are going to vote less than 50, you should be able to make a comment as to why. Communication is important, especially to all of us who are here to learn. (And have FUN.) So if you vote 49 or less, you must make a comment as to why the low vote. No one likes to see a ridiculously low score on a chop they may have put a lot of time in. How about it PSN?
