Hello all. I'm trying to change my Avatar. Every time I try to submit a photo it tells me pic must be between 0 - 24 kob. What kind of pic fits in this range? Thank you for your help.

A very small one, try resizing it to 90x90 pixels

I'm no expert Lars, but I would save it as a jpg using photoshop's "save for web." (file tab > save-for-web) That will do a tidy job of sizing, adjusting image quality and will optimize the image to get it down to a good size. Hope that helps. Not sure about the options with other photo manip software, but the help menus might have a blurb on file optimizing for the web.
