Hi,
I'm Luke, and I am a "Designimator" at Ringling College of Art and Design. I stumbled on this site when I was looking for worth1000. I used to compete on there back in the day but seems like it got shut down a few years back. I'm looking forward to practicing getting faster at photo manipulation.

Oh and seeing the scores you've given in the last comp maybe a good idea to read this as a referrence to orient your voting criteria a bit ;)

If anyone is interested, these are the rules/suggestions for voting from another photoshop contest site.
Votes are based on a score from 1-10, but can be applied to this site's 1-100

1. An entry that is so awful it should probably not even be on the site.
2. An entry that is pretty horrible. For example, sloppy masking or low resolution.
3. An entry that is below average. It definitely needs that extra hour of work or thought. Easy things have been ignored.
4. An entry that could have been good but falls a bit short.
5. It’s average.
6. Better than average.
7. Great idea and execution. Much better than average.
8. Terrific idea and execution and something that sets it apart from just being great.
9. This is almost perfect. The idea and execution are fantastic and there is a special something that makes it really stand out.
10. Wow! The execution is perfect and the idea behind it is brilliant. The best thing I’ve seen on the site in a while.

Thanks man, yeah. I couldn't see how other people graded until after I submitted mine so I didn't have a sense for what to score. I know my vote doesn't count yet since I haven't entered 7 competitions so I was kinda just submitting votes to see what the scores were. I hope I didn't offend anyone. I think I'm getting a sense for the scale now though.

Welcome luke, i used to be the regular participant on worth1000. The owner sold it to designcrowd. designcrowd initially continued the contest than shut it down. i missed the old days. i posted this site link on daggerbay hoping that number of entries will increase. its fun to play when there are at least a dozen or more entries. i hope the owner of this site bring in more contestant. this could be the all new worth1000.
Bring in more photo choppers ,lets have fun....

Hello Luke and welcome!

Tilak, believe me we've tried everything, i guess this is a niche website, other similar websites are struggling too, other like worth, that were huge, closed. So if you have any ideas please share.
